Welcome to Restore & Align. My passion is making the profound, therapeutic benefits of yoga accessible to absolutely every body, regardless of past injuries, limitations, or experience levels.

As a physiotherapist, I noticed a gap between rehabilitation and mainstream fitness. My sessions are designed to help bridge that gap-blending a thoughtful understanding of how the body moves with a deeply holistic approach to physical well-being. We work with the body as a connected whole to support greater confidence in the way you move.
